What, you're still here? And you want more?? Well, if you insist I suppose. Ha! I know you don't and I'm afraid that cuts no ice at all. Here are a selection of the smaller waders on Bunche Beach...

Just superb! Particularly like the top one. Bet you are glad you made the most of it now, stay safe.ReplyDelete
Many thanks. I'm just wondering when I'll ever get back there!Delete
The piping plover shots are tremendous! Well worth getting sand all over yer camera!ReplyDelete
Cheers Mr BlatterDelete
Excellent. Another cocktail well earned.ReplyDelete
As a matter of interest [to me] would you say how much PP you do in PS/Lightroom etc?
Not much on wader shots, its it's easy to take them 'clean'. So get rid of sensor dust and level the horizon if its off. Bit of sharpening, possibly tweak the exposure to brighten or to tone down whites, convert to jpeg and resize and that's it. This is the second set of photos I've done without Photoshop, which I lost when "upgrading" to win 10.Delete
In that case I have to say that you do take excellent pics. Fiddle with mine far too much in Lightroom Classic. Though I am getting too old to get "down and dirty" like you youngsters!Delete
When I first started I used to do much more. Gradually I worked out how to "think" about the end result whilst behind the lens, how to move to change the background, how to wait for a pose and so on, all of which reduce the amount of time needed in processing.Delete
