Well I have enjoyed every single post...No comments! Well I have enjoyed every single post. I loved the pictures of Texan birds. My eyes glaze at lists. But be assured I always check to see if you have a post - just after I look at my email messages. Every day. A variation on the Tuscan Kale and pasta - try it with crushed garlic and chopped hazelnuts, very gently fried in olive oil. Lots of parmesan. It's very delicious. And every morning as I walk in the park and hear numerous birds making their various noises I look for them - often to no avail as they are high up in the trees. But magpies, mynahs, crested doves and mudlarks are everywhere. Of course the state government of Victoria wants to have a major freeway constructed right through the park. And what better place to have as the site for all the machines etc during construction but the wetlands on the edge of the park - home to an astonishing array of water birds.
